Frequently Asked Questions
All orders will ship from our studio in Los Angeles. Each surface is handmade and takes 7-10 business days for creation, packing, and processing. Shipping is offered to the United States and Canada at this time. Please keep in mind that each surface is created and packaged with love and care. Once your order is processed, the tracking number will be sent to the email you provide at check out. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Each surface is handmade and most are made-to-order, therefore are not eligible for returns or exchanges. The buyer retains full responsibility of the piece once it is shipped and we are unable to refund money on a purchase that is lost, damaged, etc. in transit to the buyer. *All sales are final.

How do I clean my surface?
The main cleaning care option we recommend is to spot clean with a damp cloth, or a little soap and water if the spot is stubborn. A deeper clean option, that we don't recommend as often, is to use a small amount of acetone nail polish remover on the spot. This will change the texture a little bit, so it will feel smoother to the touch, but it shouldn't affect the way it photographs. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may happen during the cleaning process, so please treat your surface with care and feel free to send any questions you may have to email@example.com.
How is the surface flexible?
We're proud to say that we are working with our lawyer to patent our surfaces. While we can't tell you exactly what they're made of, we can guarantee that they're full of texture, completely flexible, and super lightweight.
What payment method do you accept?
Simply Rooted accepts all major forms of credit cards.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is charged in the state of California.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! You can order on our directly on our website if you're in the United States or Canada. Any other countries can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for shipping via a pre-paid shipping label.
Can I rush my project?
